He earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed a pediatric residency at University of Virginia Children’s Hospital. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology and an advanced fellowship in pediatric cardiac critical care at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Dr. Daniels specializes in pediatric cardiac critical care in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2020. She earned her medical degree from Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She completed her residency in general pediatrics at Levine Children’s Hospital at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. She then completed a clinical fellowship in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Monroe Care Vanderbilt University in Nashville. She also completed a fellowship in extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) and cardiac intensive care at Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children in London.

Dr. Patel specializes in critical care medicine in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the medical staff in 2020. Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, West Virginia. She completed her pediatric residency at Carolinas Medical Center/Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, North Carolina. She then completed a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Saint Louis University/SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis, followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiac intensive care at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University/Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago.

Dr. Smith specializes in critical care medicine in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. She joined the medical staff in 2002 and became vice chair of the medical staff in January 2020. She became chief of the medical staff in January 2022. She earned her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles. She completed her pediatric critical care fellowship at The Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Stock specializes in pediatric cardiac critical care and leads the quality and safety program in the cardiovascular intensive care unit (CVICU) at Johns Hopkins All Children’s. She joined the hospital staff in 2020. She was previously the medical director of the CVICU and the director of quality and safety of the CVICU and pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) at New York–Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical College. Before that, she also served as the medical director of the CVICU at Johns Hopkins All Children’s from 2011-2015.
